Courses Taught: Written Communication I, Written Communication II, Writing Research Papers, and Advanced Writing Theory/Practice during his tenure at Hampton University.   

Education: Ph.D. in Rhetoric and Composition from the University of Texas at El Paso (2014), MAT in English from SUNY New Paltz (2005), and BA in Mass Communication from SUNY Plattsburgh (2000)

Research and Scholarship Interests: Writing anxiety, writer’s block, composition pedagogy, Writing Across the Curriculum

Dr. Wynne’s article, “Writing Anxiety Groups: A Creative Approach for Graduate Students,” was published in the September 2014 issue of Journal of Creativity in Mental Health.  He has also published in Teaching English in the Two-Year College and Journal of American Culture.
